I took Agony's PvP Basics class after I'd been PvP'ing for a year and it was still very fun and I learned stuff I didn't know. Well worth the time and fee! The only issue is how quickly the courses fill up--you really have to be on the ball and reg within an hour of them being announced most times to get in. Maybe Agony would do a special Rifter Drifter offering giving scholarship recipients first dibs? Great idea.
