I'm sticking with Boot Camp myself (in order to use Fraps), but it's a nice development nonetheless. Either way I think you'll have a great time producing your video - believe it or not I had way more fun editing than shooting (in both regards of the word). I might be wrong about iMovie being unsuited for screen productions if you were able to change resolution and aspect ratio - back when I created Forrykt that was not possible.
